Lead Frontend Engineer

As a UI Lead Architect at our top customer's team, you will play a crucial role in driving frontend innovation and shaping the technical vision for complex enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the architecture, design, and development of UI solutions using React and Angular frameworks. - Collaborating closely with customer architects and stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement technical strategies. - Designing scalable, modular, and high-performance systems to ensure maintainability and alignment with best practices. - Championing the integration of backend APIs using FastAPI and Flask for seamless end-to-end application flows. - Mentoring and guiding team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. - Ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to established UI development standards across the team. - Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical workshops with customer teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on UI/Frontend. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in building robust backend APIs with FastAPI and Flask. - Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting direction and ensuring delivery of high-quality code. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, effective collaboration. - Experience with code quality tools like SonarQube, Jest, Cypress, etc. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client discussions and present technical solutions. - Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. - In-depth knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 (Less, Sass, Tailwind is a plus) with excellent knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred. - Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and design patterns. - Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, driving architectural decisions, and building stakeholder trust. If you have prior experience as a UI Architect or Tech Lead in large-scale enterprise projects, along with experience working in hybrid or distributed agile teams, it would be considered as preferred qualifications.,
