Frontend Tech Lead A Frontend tech Lead is a pivotal role within a software development team, focusing on the UI/UX of web development. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. As a Frontend Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding frontend developers across multiple teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications, and driving innovative front-end strategies and solutions. Responsibilities: Leading the technical direction of the frontend for various teams and applications within our ecosystem. Actively participating in product design and feature development. Ensuring code quality and application optimization. Mentoring team members and fostering their professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience Total Exp: 12 + Years & At least 5 years of experience as Senior Front End Developer Expert in Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, Good understanding of backend technologies such as .Net and Python and how they work with front end Proven experience in frontend development. Strong knowledge of web technologies and frameworks. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to align development goals with business objectives. .
