Lead Frontend Developer

You will be a part of a client-facing position where excellent communication skills are essential. The role involves working 8 hours productively from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM. The work location can be either Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or Coimbatore with a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. - Strong experience in React.Js with at least 8 years of experience. - Proven track record of working with micro frontends architecture and principles. - Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with the ability to write testable code. - Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Selenium. - Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Recoil, or similar. - Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services. - Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and task runners like Gulp or Grunt. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively in an agile team environment. - Experience with containerization and Docker is a plus. - Knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is beneficial. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices would be advantageous.,
