Lead Frontend Developer

As a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-End Developer, you will be joining our dynamic team in Pune. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in front-end technologies, specifically React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You will lead the development of user interfaces, ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Responsibilities include taking ownership of front-end development projects, collaborating with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, participating in technical design discussions, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, maintaining code quality, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. To excel in this role, you should have 3-7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development. Technical skills required include extensive experience in React, proficiency in Redux, strong understanding of JavaScript, expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, experience with version control systems like Git, and familiarity with front-end build tools and RESTful APIs. Soft skills such as problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, teamwork, independence, leadership, and task prioritization are essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of testing frameworks, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
