Lead- FPIG

Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Manager at the organization, your primary role is to drive standardization and continuous improvement in TCF (Total Customer Fulfillment) while maintaining in-process quality to ensure that the product meets engineering specifications set by the quality standards in the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with various internal stakeholders such as PPC, HR & Admin, TS, ERC, P&SQ, Manufacturing, Customer Quality (Plant), Quality Standard (Plant), and FMQ to ensure daily product mix requirements, inspection clearance reports, HR policies and practices compliance, process-related issue resolutions, engineering changes implementation, product issue resolutions, and quality standards adherence. - Engage with external stakeholders including JV, Dealers, Suppliers, and TMLDC to address quality requirements, provide certification of vehicles to dealerships, manage incoming material inspection reports, conduct audits, and handle rejection notes through SAP. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E./B.Tech/ (MBA/ PGDM Preferred) - Relevant Experience: 10 to 15 years in the Automobile Industry, Manufacturing processes, SAP, PLM, and Quality Systems (WCQ, IATF, TBEM, and TQM) - Skills & Competencies: Drive Quality Management, FTT driver, BoP & BoD expertise, Capex Investment planning, Execution, Customer Centricity, Change Management, Operations Management, Business and financial acumen, Problem-solving orientation, and Risk management.,
