Lead for Digital & AI Strategic and Customer-focused Initiatives

Role Overview: As the Lead for Digital & AI Strategic and Customer-focused Initiatives at our company, you will leverage your 8-10 years of experience in Digitalization & AI within B2B Sales & Marketing, ideally in a Senior Manager / DGM role. Your primary focus will be on conceptualizing and implementing Digital & AI Initiatives to enhance Sales & Marketing strategies and deliver a unique Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, Identify, and Implement Digital & AI/ML Interventions throughout the Customer Journey, covering Reach, Acquisition, Delivery Experience, and Service. - Utilize Marketing Automation tools and Web Analytics for strategic decision-making. - Establish and manage a continuous Research & Findings system to enhance business performance in Revenue, Cost, and Productivity. - Knowledge of CRM systems such as SFDC or Sugar CRM would be advantageous. - Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders, including senior management. Qualifications Required: - MBA qualification from reputable institutes. - Background in B2B Sales & Marketing with Digital expertise. - Experience as Consultants in Big 4 or IT Service companies is highly desirable.
