Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Custody & Clearing Operations team which consists of approximately 900 staff providing operational services to Transaction Banking Securities Services clients in over 50 markets. Your core responsibilities will include Settlements, Corporate Actions & Utility Services covering functions such as static data, reporting & billing. You will be expected to contribute towards the future strategic direction and process innovation of Securities Services by staying updated on changes in customer needs, technology, and the business environment. Key Responsibilities: - Be knowledgeable and compliant with the roles and responsibilities for money laundering prevention as per the Money Laundering Prevention (MLP) Group Policy and other relevant guidelines. - Ensure full compliance with all rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines imposed by the Company/Group. - Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. - Take personal responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct. - Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Custody Operations, the nature of services provided, the client base, and key associated risks. - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in International Custody Operations with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory/lead role. - Hands-on experience in waterfall or Agile methodology. - Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic, and market environment. - Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
