Lead Finance Transformation Analyst

As the Lead Finance Transformation Analyst at our India location in Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in modernizing and optimizing finance operations globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on automation, digitization, and global process standardization to align with corporate strategy. - Driving the implementation of emerging technologies such as RPA, AI, and advanced analytics to enhance financial controls, optimize workflows, and enable scalable operations. - Serving as the subject matter expert for global finance systems and transformation, providing advice to leadership on innovative opportunities for long-term modernization. - Influencing and aligning executive and cross-functional stakeholders by effectively communicating strategic priorities, risks, and benefits of transformation initiatives. - Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation efforts and ensure the achievement of business outcomes. - Integrating external best practices and industry benchmarks into transformation strategies to position the organization as a leader in finance innovation. - Mentoring colleagues and project teams, providing thought leadership and supporting capability-building across global finance. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or finance systems. - Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-border transformation programs with measurable business impact. - Strong expertise in finance systems and tools such as Oracle Cloud, OFSAA, Blackline, Power BI, and Alteryx. - Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, communicate complex issues to non-technical audiences, and lead change management at scale. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge: - Advanced degree (MBA, Masters in Finance, MIS, or related field). - Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) strongly preferred. - Experience in managing external vendors and consulting partners. - Demonstrated thought leadership in finance transformation, automation, or digital finance strategy.,
