Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial statements. 2. Assist in audits and book closure half yearly.3. Assist in preparation of data for filing Tax returns.4. Recording of expenses in the foreign subsidiaries.5. Monthly GST computation and return filing. Provide quarterly data to the foreign consultants to for filing GST / VAT returns of Group entities.6. Preparation of GST annual return & reconciliation.7. Preparation and submission of GST refund application- addressing queries related to refund application.8. Monthly TDS Reconciliation and compilation (Non Salary).9. TDS Return Filing ( Quarterly- Non salary ).10. Support in meeting compliances with RBI/FEMA.11. Support to prepare data for the Monthly Stock Statement Submission with Bank.12. Verification and payment to vendors, updation of payment entries in books.13. Preparation and upkeep of Depreciation Schedule workings, prepaid expense tracking, passing appropriate entries in books.14. Coordination with Delivery Units / PMO to clarify queries related to MIS.15. Addressing other ad hoc requirements, reports as and when required.16. Adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures.
