Lead - Field Readiness

• Responsible for Transmission ISP Implementation to meet internal & external customer requirement - new Bandwidth provisioning / Network Robustness
• Handling the vendor Management, Material Management, Coordinate with various stake holders including planning, SCM, NoC, Ware house, to execute and deliver the required backhaul & transmission network within TAT.
• Responsible for handling the Digitization and process strenghtning.
• Monthly/Weekly/Daily deployment KPI monitoring/reporting.
• Performance monitoring & review with respective stake holders
• Strong technical knowledge of Wireline transport network.
• Proven experience in leading project management teams, driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong stakeholders management and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in transmission network management or ISP implementation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
