Job Description

As an Executive Search Professional at EC-Council, you will play a crucial role in scaling the leadership talent acquisition efforts of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - **Executive Recruitment**: - Lead full-cycle executive search processes for senior leadership roles (Director, VP, C-level). - Collaborate with hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategies. - Identify, engage, and evaluate high-caliber executive talent through direct sourcing, research, and networks. - **Search Strategy & Market Intelligence**: - Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence to build strong executive pipelines. - Advise leadership on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitor insights. - Maintain an up-to-date database of executive-level candidates. - **Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Management**: - Ensure a seamless, confidential, and world-class experience for all executive candidates. - Establish credibility and trust with senior stakeholders and board members. - Provide structured candidate assessments and facilitate decision-making processes. - **Partnership & Brand Representation**: - Act as a brand ambassador for the company within the executive talent market. - Manage relationships with external search firms as needed, ensuring alignment with internal standards. - Support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals by ensuring diverse candidate slates at all stages. In terms of qualifications, you should have: - **Experience**: - 10+ years of executive search or leadership recruitment experience, either in-house or at a retained search firm. - Strong track record of successfully placing executive-level talent in high-growth or technology-driven organizations. - **Skills**: - Exceptional research, sourcing, and talent mapping skills. - Strong consultative approach with senior executives and hiring leaders. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously with discretion and confidentiality.
