Lead Enterprise Cost Management

As a Lead - Enterprise Cost Management at our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing various cost components to identify saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing the expense/capex strategy for the entire Nuvama group. - Leading the annual expense budgeting process by creating department-wise budgets and business plans. - Actively monitoring long-term opex/capex commitments and comparing them to committed costs. - Providing insights on cost optimization measures and driving cost-control initiatives. - Analyzing and tracking employee-related expenses and operational costs across functions. - Identifying unbudgeted items and ensuring proper approvals for all expenses. - Categorizing costs into different buckets based on their nature. - Collaborating with various functions to establish expense policies. - Creating and maintaining cost forecast models for key financial metrics. - Ensuring accurate cost allocation and timely financial reporting. - Benchmarking our expenses with industry peers to find areas for optimization. - Generating comprehensive cost reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
