As an Enterprise Architect at our growing team at Dentsu Creative, you will be responsible for shaping the technical vision and architecture of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and long-term scalability. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define and evolve the product architecture roadmap, driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer value. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Product Architecture Vision:** Define and champion the overall product architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap. - **Architecture Design & Guidance:** Lead the design and evolution of key product architectures, providing guidance to development teams. - **Well-Architected Patterns:** Expertise in applying well-architected patterns to shape solutions. - **Cloud Engineering:** Strong depth in cloud engineering and full-stack cloud solutions. - **Technology Evaluation & Selection:** Research, evaluate, and recommend appropriate technologies for product development. - **Collaboration & Communication:** Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on architectural decisions. - **Architecture Governance:** Establish and enforce architectural principles and guidelines. - **AI driven Workflows and Automation:** Understanding of using AI and LLMs for driving workflows and automation. - **Data Architecture:** Management of data-driven solutions and applications. - **Insights and Reporting:** Leveraging data for insights and centralized reporting. - **Solution Architecture:** Contribute to the design of specific solutions within the product portfolio. - **Technical Debt Management:** Identify and address technical debt within the product architecture. - **Mentoring & Coaching:** Mentor development teams on architectural best practices. - **Market & Technology Awareness:** Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. - **Documentation:** Create and maintain architectural documentation. **Required Skills:** - **Enterprise Architecture:** Deep understanding and application of enterprise architecture principles. - **Product Architecture:** Ability to define and evolve product architecture roadmaps. - **Platform Engineering:** Experience in building and managing scalable cloud platforms. - **Cloud Engineering:** Expertise in architecting large-scale cloud solutions. - **Cloud-Native Application Development:** Strong experience in developing cloud-native applications. - **API Management & Integration:** Expertise in API design, development, and management. - **DevOps & Automation:** Deep understanding of DevOps practices. **Data & AI Skills:** - **Data Platforms & Architecture:** Knowledge of data architecture principles and patterns. - **AI-Enabled Automation:** Understanding of AI/ML workflows for automation. **Modern Full-Stack Dev - Front-End & Back-End Skills:** - **Modern Front-End Architecture:** Experience with modern front-end technologies focusing on architectural considerations. - **Back-End Architecture & Microservices:** Proficiency in developing and managing back-end services and APIs. - **BFF and GraphQL Frameworks:** Proficiency in BFF and GraphQL frameworks. - **Integration Workflows:** Understanding of integration workflows and design patterns. **Other Critical Skills:** - **Technology Evaluation & Selection:** Ability to research and recommend appropriate technologies. - **Technical Debt Management:** Experience in addressing technical debt. - **Mentoring & Leadership:** Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams. - **Pragmatic Solutions:** Ability to propose multiple solution options and drive constructive discussions. In addition to the above, you should have a minimum of 18+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Native Apps and Platforms, and Enterprise Architecture. An architecture certification with a major Cloud Platform, preferably Azure Cloud, is highly desirable.
