Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team, responsible for control and instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement control systems for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for control systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in control and instrumentation engineering.
Strong knowledge of control theory, automation, and instrumentation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
