Lead Engineer Voice AI

Required Skills & Expertise:

5+ years of experience in building AI Appoications, with at least 2 years in Voice AI or conversational bot development.Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Qwen) for conversational intelligence.Strong experience with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies (e.g., Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Polly, Azure Speech, etc.).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architectures.Hands-on experience building real-time or streaming applications (WebSocket, gRPC, etc.).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.Ability to communicate complex AI/ML concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferences:

Proficiency in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication frameworks.Mathematical Foundation: Strong foundation in data structures, probability & statistics, and machine learning
