Lead Engineer Analyzer

The Lead Engineer Analyzer is responsible for developing detailed design drawings, engineering calculations, and bill of materials based on customer specifications. Working closely with the project engineer, you will ensure that the package is approved by EPCs and end-users. In this role, you will be focused on the detailed engineering and design of Liquid & Gas Analyzer Systems, which includes Analyzer Houses, Sample systems, Cabinets, Racks, and more. Your responsibilities will involve generating engineering calculations for various parameters such as stream composition, flash points, dew points, sample lag times, and power consumptions. You will also prepare specifications for components of Analyzer Systems including HVACs, Electrical Panel Boards, Valves, Pipes, and more. Additionally, you will be evaluating supplier quotes for technical feasibility and ensuring they meet project requirements. Designing all aspects of the Analyzer Shelter, such as Structural Design, UPS, HVAC, Grounding, Fire & Gas systems, Lighting, Electrical Utilities, and more will be a key part of your role. You will also support customers on technical aspects to obtain timely approval of engineering documentation. As a Lead Engineer Analyzer, you will lead technical clarification meetings with EPCs and end-users, providing resolutions to any issues that may arise. Your expertise in Design Engineering Skills, Analytical Practices, and Process Analytical Standards will be essential in meeting the satisfaction of EPCs and end-users. Adherence to QMS/QHSE requirements and Company Compliance Policy is crucial, along with conducting business ethically in compliance with laws and regulations. Qualifications: - Graduate in Engineering Required Skills: - Minimum 6-12 years of experience in Design & Engineering of On-Line Process Analyser Systems - Familiarity with Process Analytical Engineering Standards, Procedures, Applications, and Best Practices for On-Line Process Analyser Systems.,
