Frontend Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor frontend developers, providing technical guidance.

  for React.js and Tailwind-based applications.
• Conduct

  code reviews, daily standups, and sprint planning

• Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  
• Ensure frontend applications are

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors/Master’s in

  Computer Science, IT, or related fields

  .

• 6–9 years of frontend development experience

  , with at least

  1–2 years in a lead role

  .
• Strong expertise in

  React.js, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript

  .
• Experience in

  frontend architecture, state management, and performance tuning

  .
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
