Lead - Energy

Role Overview: You will be responsible for contributing to the development of reliable and sustainable sources of energy and Power Infra to support Adani's environmental sustainability in powering up Data Centres. Your role will involve project planning and execution, stakeholder partnering, technology evaluation, technical guidance, performance monitoring, workforce capability-building, brand positioning, team development, and promoting a digital mindset within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development of reliable and sustainable sources of energy and Power Infra for Adani's environmental sustainability in powering up Data Centres - Execute Power Purchase agreements on reliable renewable sources - Plan Power availability and execute regulations through authorities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive energy efficiency initiatives and optimize renewable energy usage - Identify and evaluate emerging sustainable energy technologies and trends for potential integration into data center operations - Provide technical expertise and guidance on renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices - Oversee the performance monitoring and analysis of renewable energy systems to maximize efficiency and reliability - Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement - Ensure Adani's brand values are demonstrated in all interactions and strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market - Build a high-performing team, set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement - Champion a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness Qualifications: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Energy, Environment is desirable - At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience, candidates with strong quantitative skills with lesser experience may also be considered - Strong research background and understanding of the renewable, Corporate PPA, and Power sector - Experience in stakeholder engagement - Experience in Data Center or Large Energy Intensive Industry would be a value add,
