As the Lead for Employee Relations & HR Compliance, your role will involve managing Employee Relations and compliance for North & East zones from Gurgaon. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that ER documentation meets judicial and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for drafting and issuing memos, show cause notices, suspension, absconding, and PIP letters. Additionally, you will prepare replies and representations for ALCs/DLCs and other statutory authorities. Your role will also involve supporting investigations and interfacing with enquiry officers and legal counsel. Handling employee grievances, escalations, and complex ER matters will be an essential part of your responsibilities. You will drive compliance, corrective actions, and ER governance initiatives. It will be crucial for you to assess ER risks, manage litigation support, and advise stakeholders on ER policies. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field. - Proven experience in Employee Relations and HR Compliance. - Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact and discretion.
