Lead - Electrical (Cargo)

Role Overview: Adani Airports Holding Limited is seeking a Lead - Electrical (Engineering & Maintenance) to oversee the operations, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems at the airport. The incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring that all electrical infrastructure functions optimally, complies with safety and operational standards, and collaborates with teams to implement efficient maintenance protocols to maintain uninterrupted airport operations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems, including substations, distribution panels, and power systems. - Monitor and ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical airport facilities, addressing faults promptly. - Supervise the execution of electrical works for all critical electrical systems (HVAC, lighting, baggage handling, etc.) to minimize downtime. - Manage the budget for electrical maintenance projects, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation for ongoing tasks and projects. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting audits of electrical systems and maintaining compliance with aviation standards. - Lead a team of technicians and junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for maintenance and service requirements. - Oversee the condition, testing, and optimization of electrical equipment, recommend upgrades or replacements for aging systems to enhance efficiency and reliability. - Implement technology-driven solutions, standardize maintenance procedures, respond to electrical incidents promptly, and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. - Certifications: Preferred certifications include Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP), or equivalent. - Work Experience: Minimum 10+ years in electrical operations and maintenance, with at least 6 years in airport or large-scale infrastructure projects.,
