As a Lead .NET Developer at MinoriLabs in Coimbatore, you will be tasked with the design, development, and maintenance of applications utilizing the .NET framework. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around crafting clean and scalable code, conducting application tests, resolving bugs, collaborating with diverse teams, and contributing to pivotal software architecture decisions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Architectural Design & Implementation: Leading the creation of highly scalable, secure, and performant enterprise-grade applications using the .NET framework, with a preference for .NET Core/.NET 8+. This involves defining technical specifications, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring adherence to architectural principles. - Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of skilled .NET developers, conducting code reviews, offering constructive feedback, fostering skill enhancement, and cultivating a culture of knowledge sharing. - Code Development & Quality Assurance: Crafting clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, along with implementing robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability and maintainability. - System Optimization & Performance Tuning: Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, optimizing application code and database queries, and implementing caching strategies to enhance system responsiveness and efficiency. - Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to grasp business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and designing innovative and effective software solutions. - Deployment & Operations Support: Overseeing application deployment across various environments (development, staging, production) and providing ongoing support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Technology Evaluation & Adoption: Researching, evaluating, and recommending new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance development processes, improve system capabilities, and drive innovation. - Process Improvement: Advocating for agile development methodologies, contributing to the enhancement of the software development lifecycle, and ensuring adherence to coding, testing, and deployment best practices. Key Requirements: - Technical proficiency in ASP.Net, C#, MVC, .Net Core, Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, Telerik Kendo UI, JQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, JavaScript, relational databases, SQL/Oracle Server, Oracle development environment, Test Driven Development (XUnit/Karma), ALM tools (GitLab, ADO, SonarQube), Agile (Scrum), DevOps, and software system management. - Soft skills including exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, proactive attitude, adaptability, commitment to continuous learning, and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
