Lead - Digital

As a visionary Digital Lead at Dabur, you will spearhead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across various business functions like Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Operations. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that align with business objectives and drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap for all business functions. - Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of digital solutions ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals. - Drive adoption of platforms like Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor Management Systems (DMS), CRM, and mobile sales applications. - Implement advanced planning systems, warehouse automation, and real-time inventory visibility tools for supply chain digitization. - Deploy digital HR platforms, employee self-service tools, and finance automation solutions for HR & Finance transformation. - Build dashboards, predictive models, and insights for data-driven decision-making. - Stay updated on trends in AI, IoT, RPA, and cloud technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions. - Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams, ensuring seamless integration and adoption. - Drive training, communication, and adoption strategies for new systems and processes. - Monitor project plans, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful execution and measurable business impact. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech) or related field; MBA preferred. - 10+ years of IT & Digital experience with at least 5 years in enterprise-level digital transformation. - Strong knowledge of SFA, DMS, ERP systems, HRMS, and Finance automation tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in FMCG or similar industries. - Exposure to large-scale digital programs involving cross-functional collaboration. - Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) or Agile methodologies. Soft Skills & Competencies: - Strategic thinking with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
