Key Responsibilities: Creative Design & Execution: Develop engaging marketing materials, including digital ads, emails, landing pages, and social media assets, ensuring brand consistency. User-Centric Design: Apply UX principles to create intuitive and impactful designs that enhance audience interaction. Brand Alignment: Maintain visual and stylistic consistency across all marketing channels. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and development teams to align on campaign goals and design requirements. Iterative Design & Optimization: Continuously refine designs based on performance data, user feedback, and industry trends. Creative Problem Solving: Balance aesthetics with functionality to achieve business and user objectives. Design Review & Growth: Participate in design critiques, provide feedback, and contribute to team best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 6-10 years in marketing design with a strong digital portfolio. Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch , or similar. Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to design for both visual impact and marketing objectives. Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Adaptability & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high design quality.
