We're looking for a talented SEO-savvy Content Writer to join our growing marketing team. This role blends creativity with strategy, combining thoughtful storytelling with smart optimization to help our content rank, engage, and convert across digital touchpoints. If you bring a deep understanding of IT services, are fluent in B2B tech narratives, and love writing content that performs well in search and drives measurable results—this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Write and edit high-quality content across formats—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, and video scripts—aligned with InfoBeans’ brand and tech capabilities. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to turn complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives for B2B audiences. Plan and manage the editorial calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives. Repurpose and refresh existing content assets to maintain relevance, increase engagement, and support omnichannel distribution. Leverage AI tools and insights to reformat or enhance content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Medium, YouTube, email, and internal communications. Develop content for service line–specific campaigns, including thought leadership, client success stories, and lead generation assets. Contribute to employee advocacy and employer branding initiatives with storytelling and internal communication content. SEO Strategy & Optimization Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitive gap analyses to inform SEO-driven content strategies. Optimize all content for search—ensuring strong on-page SEO practices, meta tag usage, internal linking, and keyword targeting. Monitor and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console. Track keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for growth and refinement. Use data insights to iterate and improve future content and SEO strategies based on audience behavior and search trends. Ensure technical SEO alignment with the web and development teams when needed for improved crawlability and page experience. Required Qualifications & Preferred Skills: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in content creation and SEO in the IT services or B2B technology space. A strong portfolio of published work in enterprise tech, SaaS, or digital transformation. Hands-on knowledge of content and SEO tools like HubSpot, Grammarly, Ahrefs/SEMrush, WordPress, Google Analytics. Ability to write clearly, quickly, and creatively, with a sharp eye for structure, grammar, and storytelling. Experience managing content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium, and YouTube. Strong research skills, and the ability to conduct SME interviews to extract insights.
