DevOps Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall DevOps strategy, including tooling, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead and mentor a DevOps team, fostering best practices and continuous improvement
• Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based applications
• Design and manage multi-site, high-availability, high-performance infrastructure
• Own production environments with a focus on uptime, reliability, scalability, and cost optimization
• Perform capacity planning, monitoring, and performance tuning for peak loads
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across cloud environments
• Manage applications built in Node.js, Python, ML, and AI; experience with LLMs is a strong plus
• Collaborate with software architects to ensure scalable and fault-tolerant systems
• Establish DevSecOps practices integrating security and compliance into delivery workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in DevOps with proven leadership and strategic execution
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices deployment
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms especially 

  Azure

  (preferred), AWS, GCP
• Experience with Azure PaaS: AKS, App Services, Azure Monitor, Azure Functions
• Skilled in IaC tools: Terraform, Pulumi, ARM templates
• Scripting expertise: Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Experience managing high-traffic, high-concurrency production systems
• Knowledge of load balancing, CDN, caching, observability, and incident response
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor, App Insights, Splunk, Loki
