Lead DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Lead at our company located in Hyderabad Financial District, you will be responsible for leading the DevOps team in implementing and operating our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices with a focus on security and efficiency. Our infrastructure is based on a cloud-first approach on AWS, and we are moving towards a zero-trust security model with automation as a key principle. Your main responsibilities will include planning and prioritizing the implementation of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives, overseeing the monitoring and operation of test and production cloud environments, implementing DevSecOps practices for automated and secure operation, managing releases and changes following the change management process, and leading the team in incident support based on the incident management process. Additionally, you will assist in managing enterprise technology systems such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Atlassian Jira & Confluence. To excel in this role, you should have experience in leading DevOps teams across multiple locations, designing, setting up, and operating AWS infrastructure, and preferably knowledge of Microsoft Azure. You should also be proficient in implementing Infra as Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible, setting up CI/CD pipelines, enhancing processes for release management and incident management, and have a good understanding of system administration. Your ability to research and adopt new technologies across various domains like Big Data, Blockchain, and GenAl, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive platform stability and operational efficiency will be crucial. Ideally, you should hold a Diploma or Degree in Information Systems/Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Having relevant AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer would be advantageous in this role.
