Role Overview: As a Lead Developer at Iamneo, your primary responsibility will be to design scalable applications and lead the development of engaging educational content focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) using any mainstream programming language. This hybrid role combines hands-on development with content leadership, making it ideal for experienced developers who are passionate about coding and mentoring through instructional content. You will have the opportunity to lead a team, create practical coding projects, and assist learners in understanding real-world problem-solving concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of scalable applications utilizing languages like C++, Java, Python, or others. - Take charge of creating and maintaining DSA-centric content, including coding challenges, quizzes, and real-world problem sets. - Provide mentorship to junior developers and content creators. - Translate intricate DSA concepts into clear and accessible learning materials. - Ensure the technical accuracy and high quality of all content and code. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to align on common goals. - Review, debug, and optimize both instructional and production codebases. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Possess 4+ years of software development/trainer experience with a strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms. - Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language like C++, Java, Python, or similar. - Demonstrated capability to build real-world applications and solve complex algorithmic problems. - Prior experience in team leadership or mentorship. Preferred Skills: - Experience in technical content creation, curriculum development, or teaching. - Familiarity with development tools such as Git, build systems, and debugging/profiling tools. - Exposure to competitive programming or online coding platforms. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
