Description
As an experienced automation developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360/AA2019). Your role will involve managing and delivering end-to-end RPA solutions, from opportunity assessment to production handover and support. You will work on complex automation scenarios, including multi-system integrations and legacy applications, incorporating rule-based decision logic. Collaborating with business analysts, you will contribute to PDDs and SDDs, define automation architecture, and drive best practices across the automation lifecycle. This includes ensuring code quality, error handling, logging, and exception management. Additionally, you will provide technical support, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers and engineers. Your expertise will also be utilized to integrate bots with external systems using REST APIs, databases, and OCR/IDP tools such as Kofax, ABBYY, and Automation Anywhere IDP. Managing Control Room configurations, including device pools, credential vaults, schedules, and deployment settings will be part of your responsibilities. Participation in Agile ceremonies, providing estimates, managing sprint tasks, and ensuring timely delivery will be crucial for project success. Key Technical Skills required for this role include a minimum of 6 years of total development experience in automation or software engineering, with at least 4 years of hands-on development experience with Automation Anywhere (A360/AA2019). You should have a strong understanding of IDP/OCR technologies and their integration within RPA workflows. Experience in managing and delivering complex automation solutions involving multiple systems and data sources is essential. Proficiency in Control Room activities, SQL, API integration, relational databases, Agile methodologies, and project tracking tools like JIRA/ServiceNow is required. Your ability to mentor junior developers, promote technical upskilling, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills will be highly valued in this role.,
