Lead Developer

As a Lead Developer at Kore.AI, you will be leading a team in designing, developing, and maintaining conversational AI solutions using the Kore.AI platform. Your role will involve the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative chatbot and virtual assistant experiences. - Lead a team of developers in building conversational AI solutions. - Architect and design scalable, robust chatbot frameworks aligned with project goals. - Develop and customize chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI APIs and tools. - Implement NLP/NLU capabilities for intelligent, context-aware conversations. - Integrate bots with third-party applications via APIs and enterprise systems. - Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices. - Establish CI/CD pipelines with DevOps teams for automated deployments. - Debug and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth bot operations. - Stay updated on AI trends and apply new technologies to improve solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Kore.AI platform (bot development, customization, integration). - Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Solid understanding of NLP/NLU, machine learning concepts. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities.,
