Lead Design Engineer - Aero Engines

Job Description: As a Lead Design Engineer for Aero Engines, your role involves evaluating product non-conformances and providing engineering recommendations for aero engine parts. You will be responsible for performing stack-up analysis, design hand calculations, and conceptual as well as detailed design of aero engine components. Additionally, interacting with customers on task status from a technical standpoint will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate product non-conformances and provide engineering recommendations for aero engine parts - Perform stack-up analysis and design hand calculations - Conceptual and detailed design of aero engine components - Interact with customers on task status from a technical standpoint Qualifications Required: - Sound knowledge in Mechanical design fundamentals, Engineering concepts, and applications - Rich experience working on aero engine parts, specifically in compressors and turbines - Strong understanding of the build and functionality of aero engine and sub-modules - Proficient in GD&T application and able to perform Complex Tolerance stack-up analysis - Capability to understand and interpret structural analysis results - Experience in interacting with customers to solve critical problems - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent team player Additionally, Desired Skills include exposure to manufacturing processes and deviation resolutions, modeling and drafting skills in any CAD tools, and proficiency in MS Office Tools.,
