Job Description

- Responsible for overseeing the design and development function. - Responsible for leading a design team together with the development team to ensure the delivery of new designs from the concept stage to the development. - Building design strategies to ease the workflow, to improve the execution timelines and to improve the brand's visibility - Guiding and managing team with a better design execution approach - Regular interaction with the marketing team, merchandizing team and technical team in designing a much stronger product range for the brand - Standardizing and optimizing the design process regularly to reduce the development time, errors and rejection - Managing project timelines and develop new designs as per the upcoming trends - Developing design propositions to adhere to the target cost and quality standards - Planning the way forward with innovative ideas to improve the brands footprint - Responsible for Market research, Product research, CMF, NPD, new components and fabrics that are suitable for the luggage Interested candidates, pls share your profile on asc@factjobs.com [9909025580] Regards, Vidhi Raval
