Role Overview: As the Automation Lead, your role is crucial in driving automation initiatives, specifically Holmes, within the client accounts of a vertical for service line offerings. Your main objective is to enhance efficiency and productivity through the configuration of applications, coordination with teams for product development, enabling delivery teams, and fostering capability development.
