Job Description

Role Overview: As the Automation Lead, your role is crucial in driving automation initiatives, specifically Holmes, within the client accounts of a vertical for service line offerings. Your main objective is to enhance efficiency and productivity through the configuration of applications, coordination with teams for product development, enabling delivery teams, and fostering capability development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead configuration of applications by leveraging subject knowledge and standardizing models - Stay updated with automation technology trends and best practices - Develop Account Automation Plans in consultation with Account Partners and Delivery teams - Evaluate client/BU needs and develop configurations to support business processes - Support in presenting business cases for automation to clients and seek approval - Audit configuration items for compliance with specifications and contractual requirements - Develop scalable standards for dashboard and process support system for automation monitoring - Create Statements of Work for customization of reports/software/technology - Maintain documentation, schematics, and control drawings - Coordinate with teams for product development and automation governance - Understand infrastructure landscape and identify innovative solutions for customer needs - Review automation projects progress and resolve complex escalations - Set configuration policies and procedures and ensure adherence to standards - Prepare customers/teams for successful rollouts of applications - Advise on setup and development of procedures and integration of business rules - Provide support for online demonstrations, training, and customer support on automation platform - Enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal delivery solutions - Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software opacity - Manage alignment across timelines and products and ensure quality assurance - Participate in problem resolution and assist during troubleshooting - Assist in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions - Integrate automated builds and build artifacts into test environments - Ensure quality of work performed and promote continuous improvement - Observe and promote best practices, standardize technology, and analyze root cause failures - Control system configuration and ensure consistency of implementation across modules - Develop training modules to bridge capability gaps within the team - Leverage customer technology potential to identify required capabilities for client support Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of automation technology trends and best practices - Ability to develop and review Account Automation Plans - Experience in coordinating with teams for product development and automation governance - Proficiency in troubleshooting software opacity and integrating products - Knowledge of setting configuration policies and procedures - Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer interactions and training - Capability to analyze root cause failures and promote continuous improvement (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
