Lead Data Scientist- Finance and Operations

Role Overview:

Were looking for a Senior Finance and Operations Data Analyst with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Someone who loves uncovering insights from complex datasets and driving business impact.

As part of our Finance and Strategy team, youll collaborate with cross-functional leaders and CXOs to improve efficiency, optimize financial performance, and design metrics that shape business decisions.

What Youll Do:

Analyze financial, operational, and business data to identify trends and actionable insights.
Build dashboards, reports, and performance models for leadership decision-making.
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Product teams to automate data processes.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Drive process improvements and create data pipelines for real-time analytics.

Who You Are:

3-5 years of experience with data analysis, building performance models and extracting insights from complex datasets.
Graduate from a top 10 engineering college in India (IITs, BITS Pilani, NIT Trichy/Surathkal/Warangal, etc.).
Strong academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative disciplines.
Experience of working with CXOs to help with dashboards, variance analysis etc
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
Hands-on experience or coursework in Python/R, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
Strong communication and presentation skills able to translate data into actionable insights.
