1. Role Summary

The Marketing Content Associate is an essential entry-level position responsible for the execution, management, and performance analysis of our digital content strategy. This role is ideal for a highly driven recent graduate (especially those with an MBA, Data Science, or Data Analyst foundation) looking to apply analytical rigor to strategic marketing. You will ensure consistent content delivery, manage all digital channels, and contribute directly to our growth through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

2. Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Content Publishing and Distribution:

    • Execute the defined

      Marketing Approach

      by managing the full publication schedule and ensuring timely, consistent delivery of content to the

      news feed

      and all primary digital channels.
    • Oversee and manage the flow of content for all

      collateral channels

      (e.g., white papers, case studies, and presentations).
  • Channel Management:

    • Act as the primary executor for

      handling channels

      (e.g., social media, email newsletters, blog), ensuring engagement and brand consistency across platforms.
  • Performance and Optimization:

    • Actively learn and apply

      in-hand experience

      in foundational

      SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

      and

      GEO (Geographic Optimization)

      techniques to maximize content visibility and organic traffic.
    • Assist in tracking and reporting content performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Content Governance:

    • (Good to Have exposure to) Utilize a

      Content Management System (CMS)

      to WordPress efficiently organize, store, and govern all digital marketing assets.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to gather information and ensure marketing content aligns with business objectives.

3. Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Education:

    Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or an analytically focused field (Data Science, Data Analysis, etc.).
  • Certification:

    Possession of a formal

    Digital Marketing Certification

    (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications (The Performance Edge)

  • Prior academic or project experience with

    SEO

    best practices and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with foundational concepts of

    GEO(

    Generative Engine Optimization) targeting.
  • Experience or coursework related to

    Content Management Systems (CMS)

    like WordPress, Drupal, or similar.

4. Work Environment

  • The role is based full-time in the

    Bizdata Inc. office in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

  • The Associate will work collaboratively with the marketing team and cross-functional departments in an analytical and fast-paced environment.
