Key Skills & Requirements: Data Analytics: Proficient in data analysis and management with strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Advanced Power BI & Micros: Experience with Power BI (Advanced level) and Micros for data reporting and visualization. Data Management: Strong control over data management processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and organization of data. Workday ATS: Practical experience working with Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruiting and managing talent acquisition data. Leadership & Team Management: Experience in managing a small team, fostering collaboration, and guiding team members towards achieving objectives. Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders. Total exp between 7-10 years Experience: 5+ years of relevant professional experience in data management and coordination. Soft Skills: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and come up with effective solutions for complex data-related tasks.
