Job Description

Define enterprise data architecture and standards to unify data sources, reduce fragmentation, and enable trusted analytics and AI outcomes
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of master data management by setting governance models, defining ownership, and ensuring data
consistency across business units and systems
Architect and supervise the implementation of scalable data pipelines and ETL frameworks to streamline data ingestion,
transformation, and integration from structured and unstructured sources
Oversee deployment of cloud-based and on-premises data platforms to support high-performance computing, advanced analytics,
and machine learning workloads
Direct development of machine learning models and AI algorithms by working closely with domain experts, ensuring business
problems are translated into scalable, data-driven solutions
Establish data quality KPIs and remediation processes by proactively identifying anomalies, duplicates, and integrity issues, thereby
increasing trust in enterprise data
Drive implementation of metadata management and data cataloging tools to enhance data discovery, lineage visibility, and
compliance across the organization
Coordinate closely with cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and application teams to embed security, access control, and privacy
safeguards into all data and AI platforms
Guide analytics delivery by setting up data visualization, self-service BI, and real-time reporting infrastructure, enabling business
units to monitor performance and trends independently
Collaborate with business units to identify use cases where AI and predictive analytics can create value, and lead pilots to
productionize such solutions
Mentor and upskill team members across data engineering, master data, and analytics by defining role-specific roadmaps and fostering cross-functional collaboration
Stay abreast of emerging data and AI technologies and assess their fitment to enterprise use cases, driving innovation and continuous improvement in data capabilities
Own budgeting and roadmap planning for data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, IT strategy, and digital transformation goals
Serve as a central point of contact between IT, business functions, and external vendors for all strategic data and AI projects
