Job Title: Data & Analytics Tower Lead

Job Level Level 4 Duties and Responsibilities Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance on design and management of data for data applications, formulate best practices and organize processes for data management, governance and evolution. Build processes and tools to maintain high data availability, quality and maintainability. Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, including data analysts, data engineers, and database administrators.
Strategic Planning: Become a trusted analytical leader and partner to the functional areas of support and proactively identify improvement opportunities through analytics. 'Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of data to ensure efficiency and security. Data Quality: Implement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Data Integration: Coordinate the integration of data from various sources to provide a unified view. Data Governance: Establish and enforce policies and procedures for data usage, privacy, and compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. Skills 8+ years experience leading teams in the implemenation of Data Analytics applications 8 years of hands-on design and development experience in implementing wide ranage of Data Analytics applications on AWS/Snowflake/Azure Open AI using data from SAP, SalesForce and other data sources Experience with AWS Services such as S3, Glue, AWS Airflow, Snowflake 'Proven experience in analytics, data management, data integration, and data governance. Excellent understanding of data quality principles and practices. Proficiency in data management tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
