Lead Consultant - SAP MM

YASH Technologies is seeking experienced SAP MM Professionals in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We are looking for individuals with 10 to 12 years of experience in MM S/4 HANA, with a minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S4 HANA greenfield implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent business process knowledge with expertise in STO, Subcontracting, and drop shipment processes. You will be responsible for conducting workshops, driving requirement and solution discussions with the business, proposing and building solutions, and working hands-on with FIORI and analytical apps. Additionally, you should have the ability to write functional specifications, collaborate with the ABAP team, and test developments. Candidates should have hands-on experience in building interfaces, particularly working with ALE and IDOCs. You will also be required to prepare test scripts, conduct SIT and UAT, and demonstrate flexibility in working shifts with good communication skills. Leadership qualities are essential as you will be leading the team, driving discussions with business process owners, and providing solutions to stakeholders. Furthermore, the role requires an excellent understanding of master data, experience in building data load programs, and loading data using tools such as DMC, LTMC, BAPI, or custom tools. Exposure to European clients and experience in Pharma or chemical industry business processes will be advantageous.
