Job Description

As a Lead Consultant QA Tester at Genpact, you will be responsible for various software testing tasks on mobile devices in a dynamic environment. Your role includes: - Performing software testing according to business timelines and sprint schedules - Creating test scripts, conducting tests, and generating reports and metrics for management - Monitoring software defects and collaborating with Technology Development for issue resolution - Identifying innovative tools and solutions to improve test performance - Assisting in implementing Quality Management System processes - Managing the software release process and preparing DHF documentation In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for the following qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - BE/B.TECH Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities - Emphasis on automation in addition to manual testing - Establishing processes for test plan reviews and ensuring stakeholder participation - Continuously innovating and enhancing quality processes - Reviewing test strategies to encompass various testing types such as unit, functional, performance, stress, and acceptance Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a workforce exceeding 125,000 individuals spread across 30+ countries.
