Description
As a Lead Consultant at Argano, your role involves managing mid-to-large-size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. You will collaborate with clients to deliver state-of-the-art solutions and excel at providing high-quality service and cutting-edge solutions in the Oracle community. Your focus will be on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Demand Management or Supply Planning implementation, utilizing your expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud SCP modules. Your goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously. - Consult with clients using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Applications to provide cost-effective solutions. - Collaborate with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions. - Refine customer requirements in detail and present them to the client for approval. - Identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles. - Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client for User Acceptance Testing. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping all parties informed about project progress, challenges, and changes. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. - Provide expert advice on technology solutions and tools to enhance client operations. - Offer ongoing technical support post-implementation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, etc. MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD. - Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle functional consultant with 3+ years in implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications. - Strong consulting experience with business analytical skills. - Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements. - Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage multiple task assignments. - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. - Proficient with MS Office applications. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level.
