We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant, Channel Helpdesk Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and executing various tasks under the guidance of the Director of Client Service Strategy and Initiatives. Your responsibilities in this role will include conducting targeted client outreach to promote digital adoption, responding to and fulfilling client requests related to onboarding and digital platform use, managing client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues, and supporting communication efforts related to system changes and best practices for digital engagement. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple client requests - Proficiency in working with digital platforms and client management tools - Customer-focused attitude with the ability to provide excellent client support - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple markets and navigate geographical and regulatory complexity - Exhibit appropriate culture and values, fostering a high level of team engagement - Commitment to ongoing training and development for professional and personal growth Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field This position is based in Chennai, India, and is a full-time role.
