Job Purpose
Lead a team of Compliance PMO function and processes. Work closely with IT and development team for Compliance System development. Owning effective working of Compliance tool for all sub functions of compliance. Duties and Responsibilities
Major Activities carried out by the role1.Major Activity 1
  • Lead the Compliance PMO function
  • Managing end-to end Project management, requirement gathering and development of comprehensive compliance system for all compliance activities,
  • Perform testing and sustenence
  • Work closely with IT and Finance team for development and smooth functioning of compliance tool for all modules.2.Major Activity 2
  • Ensure BRD Submission, UAT testing, monitor deliveries and smooth functioning of developed system.
  • Engage and work closely with sub functions within compliance unit (eg. CMT, ICF, advisory team etc)
  • Engage with seniors and key stakeholders
  • Co-work with compliance sub functions for development and effective use on compliance tool3.Major Activity 3
  • Tracking and moderating project status through system.

  • Required Qualifications and Experience
    a)Qualifications
  • Post graduate / MBA.
  • Project Management experience including Initiation, requirement gathering, development tracking, testing and sustenance.b)Work Experience
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in project management of banking and finance industry.
