Lead Compliance

Role Overview: As a Compliance Controls Specialist, your main responsibility is to ensure regulatory compliance, manage regulatory risks, define AML product requirements, and provide guidance to onboarding and business teams regarding regulatory updates. Key Responsibilities: - Implement compliance controls to ensure adherence to regulations - Manage regulatory risks effectively - Define AML product requirements and ensure their implementation - Guide onboarding and business teams on regulatory updates Qualification Required: - Full-time graduate in any discipline, with a preference for a Masters degree or MBA - Good academic credentials Key Skills: - Strong understanding of regulations and compliance requirements - Analytical and logical thinking abilities - Experience in handling audits and process documentation - Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams - Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) The industry experience relevant to this role includes AML/Fraud and Risk, Transaction Monitoring teams in Fintech and Banks.
