Lead - CEOs Office

The role involves leading annual and quarterly strategic planning processes, identifying key priorities, and aligning cross-functional teams around strategic objectives. You will be responsible for driving mission-critical projects on behalf of the CEO/COO, such as growth strategy, market entry, M&A, and organizational transformation. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer behavior, and operational data to inform strategic decisions. You will assess feasibility and develop execution roadmaps for new business verticals, revenue streams, or product expansions. Collaborating with CXOs, product heads, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align on strategic initiatives will also be a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will support the preparation of board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews. The ideal candidate will have experience in a top-tier consulting firm, corporate strategy function, or CEO's office role at a high-growth organization. Strong academic credentials from a Tier-1 institution are required. You should have demonstrated ability to work on ambiguous, cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally SQL/BI tools is essential. Excellent communication skills to influence and align stakeholders across levels are a must. An entrepreneurial drive, ownership mindset, and a bias for action are qualities that will contribute to success in this role.
