Role Overview: You will be leading the business process automation initiatives at Neysa, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions across key business functions such as Finance, CRM, HRMS, and Cloud-based platforms. Your role will involve driving high-quality and automated system integrations to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation through automation, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes across the organization. As a strategic thinker with a hands-on technical background, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows in alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for business process automation across core functions like Finance, CRM, and HRMS. - Align automation initiatives with organizational goals to improve operational efficiency, cost savings, and employee productivity. - Lead the selection, integration, and optimization of business automation tools to ensure seamless integration between disparate systems. - Work with various departments to define, refine, and optimize processes to deliver business and system efficiencies. - Analyze and optimize automated workflows continuously to enhance operational performance and user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into automated solutions. - Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of automation technologies across business functions. - Develop training programs and materials to help employees adapt to new automation tools and processes.
