About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant In this role, you will: Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Required Qualifications: Overall 10+ years of industry (banking/finance) experience 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Business reporting and analysis Records management Business continuity and resiliency planning Operational support initiatives Other core operational functions Working Hours- 1:30PM - 10PM IST Job Expectations: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information, derive the implications, and present them in an effective way, ideally in the Wells Fargo environment. Advanced business translation skills the ability to turn structured and unstructured data into actionable insights that drive business decision-making. Solid experience working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise. Superior customer services, business consulting, and relationship management skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word), JIRA, and SharePoint site. Ability to manage in a matrixed organization and ever-changing environment. Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives. Strong process orientation and enforcement. Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution. Leads by example with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills.
