Job Description

The Role: We are looking for a driven Project Manager cum Content Designer to join this team. This is a highly visible role that requires engagement with cross-functional leaders up to VP level that are both in India and the US. The Main Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Develop compelling executive presentations and visual narratives to communicate project status, outcomes, and strategy. Build and manage dashboards that clearly represent KPIs, trends, and performance insights, aiding data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering) to drive execution and resolve blockers. Own project documentation, reporting, and communications, customizing content for diverse audiences. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and content enhancement. What we are looking for: Extensive Project management skills with content designer skill or exceptional PowerPoint / dashboarding skills required. Project Management / Leadership experience engaging multiple cross-functional leaders & sme s to collect data points that feed a common summary. Proven experience creating & delivering concise yet complete messaging & reports for senior leaders. Expert level experience in translating tactical / functional reports to tangible business outcomes and recommendations 3-5 years of experince in dashboard (eg powerbi) to demonstrate KPI and OBR progression. 5+ years experience converting transactional / operational data like telecom circuit counts, etc to stories using creative PowerPoint slides. Familiarity with fundamentals of a balance sheet including operating expenses, capital expenses, network expenses, revenue enabled, ebitda etc. Bonus Points: Experience working for / with a telecom company is a plus Power bI / data analytics experience is a plus "We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fair and ethical hiring practices.
