Lead Business Analyst/Senior BA/BA

As a Lead Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty Insurance/Reinsurance domain at a reputed IT MNC, your role will involve: - Translating complex business requirements into effective solutions within highly regulated insurance environments. - Managing end-to-end project lifecycles and delivering strategic initiatives aligned with business goals. - Producing technical requirements such as BRDs or User Stories, Requirements catalogues, and Process flows. - Conducting process mapping, development of data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and other UML techniques. - Interacting with end business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and assess impacts. - Creating, maintaining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog. - Conducting workshops and product demos with key business users and underwriters to collect information on business processes and expectations. - Managing cross-functional teams across multiple locations to deliver projects efficiently and with high quality.
