Job Description

At Prudential Health India (PHI), you will be part of a mission to make Indians healthier and bridge the health protection gap. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing health & wellness business requirements, developing business processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Your work will contribute to creating delightful customer experiences and offering a bespoke health insurance journey. - Manage health & wellness business requirements and implementation in collaboration with functional representatives. - Develop a clear understanding of current processes and propose improvements through brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders. - Articulate use-cases, user stories, and requirement documents for identified features and projects. - Conduct process impact analysis and design business process flows in coordination with functional stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and undertake iterations in the business process flow as needed. - Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand requirements, contribute to technology roadmap, and prioritize work on capabilities. - Lead testing activities, including test plan preparation and user acceptance testing. - End-to-end knowledge of health insurance products, operations processes, and technology systems. - Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and delivery of insurance systems. - Expertise in designing wireframes, UX flows, and customer journey maps. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. - Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, behavioral analytics platforms, BI tools, and SDLC tracking tools.
