Job Description

As a Lead Business Analyst for the Hybris Multi-channel eCommerce suite, you will be responsible for driving eCommerce and digital marketing site implementations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Minimum 8 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing site implementations, with at least 2-3 years as a Business Analyst. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Hybris Multi-channel eCommerce suite. - Experience in B2B, B2C, multisite, multi-country & multi-language eCommerce roll-outs with a strong focus on User Experience. - Working knowledge and experience in A/B testing and site UI testing. - Complete understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and SDLC. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent. - Systems analysis, programming, or other IT-related experience. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Outstanding problem-solving skills. - Ability to translate technical information into terms understandable by non-IT savvy personnel. - Adept at interacting in both business and IT-focused discussions. - Ability to influence and negotiate with clients and suppliers. - Proficient at operating within a globally distributed team.
